The products are intended for use as a part of a balanced diet. Dieting, slimming and low calorie diets for more than 3 weeks should not be started without your physician’s consent. By filling in the form with your personal data you automatically consent to use of the data to provide the best possible personalised shopping experience and for retrieving contact details in connection with the delivery of your products. We send newsletters with regular intervals with information on diets, slimming and how to make your weight loss a success. We do not forward our e-mail addresses to the uninitiated.
Cooling-off period and returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt of your products. The product is to be returned unused and in the original, intact packaging. Refunds are only payable if the product is returned in the same condition it was in when you received it. Shipment costs are not refundable. Our goal is to have happy customers which is why we provide you with the option of a refund or a change of order. We are happy to assist in advising which product would suit you better.
Please note: a return number is to be obtained from our customer service when exchanging or applying for a refund on a product. Always state this number on your return package. The returned product is approved once inspected by our staff.
The product is to be sent back in similar packaging it was received in. Please note that the product has to be in good condition when reaching Slim Shopping if it is to be subject to a refund. You are responsible for the shipping cost incurred by you returning the product.
We are responsible for the return shipping cost if we have delivered the wrong product.
Claims
A return number is to be obtained from our customer service when claiming a product. State this number on the return package. Slim Shopping puts the Protection of Consumers Regulations into consideration when handling claims. A product can only be claimed when subject to manufacturing defects. The product is to be claimed immediately upon detection of the defect and a new product is sent free of charge. A refund is payable if the defect cannot be rectified.
You are responsible for the shipping cost incurred by you claiming the product. Once the product has been examined by our staff and the defect certified, a refund is paid for the return shipping costs.
